How long is the free trial?
POS X comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and you can cancel anytime during the trial.
How much does POS X cost?
The base subscription starts from R499/month and includes 3 terminals, 1 team member, unlimited transactions and full Sage integration. You can add more terminals, more team members, white-label branding or a custom theme as your business grows — contact us for add-on pricing.
Does POS X integrate with Sage?
Yes. POS X is built for Sage-integrated workflows — invoices, receipts, allocations and credit notes post directly into your Sage document flow, so Sage stays your source of truth.
Which payment methods are supported?
Cash, Card and Bank, plus Paystack and Netcash — with reference tracking and reconciliation built in.
Can I run multiple terminals and stores?
Yes. Add POS-only cashier terminals, each with its own register/till, and run multiple branches from one cloud platform with each tenant's data isolated.
Does POS X handle cash-ups?
Yes. Each terminal has its own register for cash-in (opening float) and cash-out (counted cash vs expected, with automatic variance). Cash-up slips can be printed in A4 or 80mm, or emailed.
Can I add team members?
Yes. Owners can create shared team accounts and control who can access settings. Billing and subscription management always stay owner-only.
